Aggie Guard Named All-American for 3 Straight Years

Texas A&M's Chennedy Carter Makes History

Carter Becomes Fastest Player to Reach 1000 Career Points

Texas A&M women's basketball guard Chennedy Carter has been named an All-American for the third straight year, becoming the first Aggie to accomplish the feat. The honor comes after a stellar season in which Carter led the team in scoring, assists, and steals.

Carter, a native of Grand Prairie, Texas, has been a force for the Aggies since she arrived on campus in 2017. She was named the SEC Freshman of the Year that season and has since been named to the All-SEC team three times. In her junior season, she became the fastest player in Texas AM history to reach 1000 career points, doing so in just 45 games.

Carter is a dynamic scorer who can put up points in bunches. She is also a gifted passer and defender. Her versatility makes her one of the most dangerous players in the country.

The Aggies are hoping to make a deep run in the NCAA Tournament this season with Carter leading the way. She is one of the best players in the country and will be a key factor in the team's success.
