Crawley Will Not Be Defeatist At Wrexham Lindsey

Crawley will not be 'defeatist' at Wrexham – Lindsey

Crawley Town boss John Yems is demanding a response from his players when they travel to Wrexham in the FA Cup on Sunday.

The Red Devils were beaten 1-0 at home by Harrogate on Tuesday and have now lost five of their last seven games in all competitions.

Yems believes his side need to show more fight and determination when they face a Wrexham side who are unbeaten in their last six outings.

“We need to be more competitive and we need to show more desire,” said Yems.

“We can't afford to be defeatist and we need to go to Wrexham and give a good account of ourselves.”

Crawley will be without suspended midfielder Ashley Nadesan, while defender Tom Dallison is a doubt due to a knock.

Wrexham, meanwhile, will be looking to continue their good form when they host Crawley.

The Red Dragons are unbeaten in their last six games in all competitions, including a 2-0 win over Stockport in the FA Cup last weekend.
